Synmar, Inc. warrants this product against defects in material and workmanship for a period of FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of purchase.

If you discover a defect, Synmar, Inc. will, at its option, repair, replace or refund the purchase price of this product at no charge to you, provided the product is returned to Synmar, Inc. during the warranty period, transportation charges prepaid, together with your name, address, telephone number, a description of the problem and a copy of the bill of sale.

This warranty applies only to products manufactured by Synmar, Inc. This warranty does not apply if the product has been damaged by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or has been modified or altered without written permission of Synmar, Inc.

ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ARE LIMITED IN DURATION TO FIVE (5) YEARS FROM THE DATE OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE OF PRODUCT.

THIS WARRANTY AND REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHERS, ORAL OR WRITTEN, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. No Synmar, Inc. agent or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension or addition to this warranty.

Each piece of cast stone is uniquely hand-crafted, therefore some coloring and veining variations do exist for each piece. Photography within this catalog should be used as a general color guide only. Contact your Synmar representative to view an actual color sample.
